I'm a complete beginner — can I really just turn up to class?

Welcome! At your first visit, please introduce yourself to the teacher who will show you around. Our teachers will be there to ensure you can safely and effectively participate, no matter your experience level, so please share any relevant information with them that may be useful for your practice.

I’m pregnant, can I practice yoga?

Congratulations! While everyone's different we'd strongly recommend you seek medical advice before exercising while pregnant.Please get in touch before booking your first class to discuss and let the teacher know of your pregnancy when you arrive for class.

What are the heated classes like?

We use infrared heating — a gentle, radiant warmth of 28–32°C, more like sunshine through a window than a hot, steamy room. It helps muscles soften and deepens your stretch. Bring water, and if you're pregnant or have a heart or blood-pressure condition, check with your doctor first and let your teacher know.

Will I feel out of place?

No. Our community includes every age, shape and stage — runners easing tight muscles, mums grabbing an hour for themselves, retirees staying strong and mobile, and plenty of first time beginners.

Which class should I book first?

It depends on what you'd like to feel:Calm and rest → Sound Bath or Awake & Restore — deeply relaxing, no experience needed (Sound Bath involves no movement at all).A gentle introduction to movement → Foundation Flow or Hatha Flow.Core strength and posture → Mat Pilates.Toning, low-impact workout → Barre.A workout with your yoga → Vinyasa Flow, then work up to Yoga Sculpt or Power Yoga (Sculpt Lite is the friendly entry point to weights).Recovery from sport or the gym → Yang to Yin.
